While I am a native Colorado resident, it really isn't as bad as you might think (and I love it!!).

@Lane K I have to agree  my wife works for her tribe ( Native American ) so there is a boys and girls club here and I want to teach financial education to the young teen age and a few younger kids.

While REImobile has mobile web browser capability, we do plan on building native apps for mobile devices.

Like others have said, since I started a relationship with this attorney by paying him for the lease, I have a built-in network to help me when evictions or other tenant issues come up (it's amazing how tenants react to getting a letter from an attorney).

Hey Stuart, I replied to your PM you sent me.We do not have a native mobile app, but Flipper Force is a web app so it's built to be mobile responsive.Admittedly, I think you will get more power out of our software by at the very least using our web app on a tablet device. 

I wanted to use a rea estate theme from theme forest but I don’t know if there is such a thing as MLS integrating without paying another 3rd party service.I see other real estate websites that the listings look native on but using IDX (and maybe I’m not using the plugin correctly) looks kinda wonky.

I guess I'd ask to talk to his wife as a character reference and see how he reacts. ;-)

Initially, I was concerned maybe I over-reacted and should have toughed it out as I did lose a few months rent getting the place turned over.
