I'm sure if you put enough time into investing on a more active basis, then you could beat out some note returns, but there's a much larger market for notes than what you can find on FCI Exchange or LoanMLS (as I have been figuring out on my own...)I'd recommend picking up a few books to read either from the library or Amazon.
