@Amanda ThompsonI think it was at a Than Merrill workshop that I was advised to do all of the jobs myself first.This way you will know the time and difficulty required, and will be better able to build your system.

Put your money in your first property, not a "teach all" workshop system, as they will be selling a $40K mentorship in the end (not worth it).

Just closed on a C5 zoned property in Colorado Springs on a major street less than a mile from downtown (currently going through growth explosion) and 1 mi to Old Colorado City hub (very popular tourist destination), and a 1200 sq ft commercial workshop(detached) that I can build out a second (interior floor).

I'm afraid I will want to duplicate myself to attend simultaneous workshops going on!
