Nobody at your white-collar job is going to lose a foot or end up in a wheelchair if they lose focus.On the other hand, blue-collar people don't know the joy of being asked to draw seven red lines, all of them strictly perpendicular to each other, some with green ink, some with transparent ink, all while your manager insists, "There is no such thing as impossible!"

If you are in a wheelchair or have a mobility issue, I'm all in favor of parking in a handicapped spot.

When a vet comes up to you in his wheelchair, with support from VASH, you may rethink your prejudices.

He is not going to be stuck in a wheel chair!

A 75 year old lady in Beverly Hills qualify for a grant of $5,000 major repair program (http://www.lacdc.org/programs/community-development-block-grant) because last week she needs a wheelchair according to her doctor, she can have ramps installed and renovate her $3M house owned free and clear with her $1M in the bank.

(Last Christmas one of my cousins was playing kissy face in the corner with her high school boyfriend and my grandma rolled over in her wheelchair, smacked her on the leg, and told her to have more respect for herself and stop being such a hussy!

I have noticed that most flips are not done to accommodate persons that use (no particular order) wheelchairs, low-height counters, access-ramps, handrails (hallways, bathrooms, et.al.), special sound-proofing (PTSD patients), and visually enclosed backyards (special-need dog care). 

Will make it wheelchair accessible and prevent issues in retirement.  

"This property has a nice wide ramp for your wheelchair" etc...

We will offer to assist with the installation or even proactively provide such if we see the tenant would benefit.FLOOR COVERING - As the need arises, we are willing to change out floor coverings to better accommodate shuffling feet, walkers, wheelchairs, and scooters.ONE LEVEL & EASY ACCESS - Most of our properties are one level and have no more than two steps for entry.
