Yes, I've had some luck and some results from effort.The best luck came when the main dealer who operated out of a wheelchair had a pretty severe medical issue and was taken away by ambulance and hasn't been back or any of his other cronies.

I have noticed that most flips are not done to accommodate persons that use (no particular order) wheelchairs, low-height counters, access-ramps, handrails (hallways, bathrooms, et.al.), special sound-proofing (PTSD patients), and visually enclosed backyards (special-need dog care).

If someone is in a wheelchair and they want to move upstairs and you tell them that you’d rather them live downstairs because of the wheelchair, that would be a discriminatory case.
