For our larger park we have a 'Maintenance Manager' set up for up to 24 hours per week as needed with OT for after hours emergencies. 

If she's staying another 2 weeks, charge her what the rent would have been for Jan. 

Meeting with a lawyer later this week to see if I have any case here but wanted to provide a brief update in the interim.
