I know IB has the image of the last true sleepy southern california beach town, but this image could be negativily affecting the area as an investment opportuinity in the future.It would definitely be a longer term investment as it is not going to transition as quick as East Village did with Gas Lamp and Petco Park.

I am part owner of a 8 unit apartment building with a storefront in Greenwich Village NYC. 

I like the Elmwood Village and Cold Springs area up near the park.

LES and East Village are cool but you wont find a place for 5 there.

Only if you are really close to ski resorts like camelback like in the associated villages.

Looking for any information on Trafalgar Village in Kissimmee such as rental incomepotential,  resort review, hoax concerns, is it a good place as a vacation home, is it a mix of rentals and home owners, would you buy there, is it clean, is it rudely becauseof so many rentals instead of homeowners staying there or any thing you can add that I don’t know to ask.  

There are however properties in the South Mountain Village area, 25 minutes southwest of ASU with that price.

My market is Southeast Cleveland and surrounding suburbs (Slavic Village, Lee-Harvard, Garfield Heights, Maple Heights, etc.)
