I feel as an agent I have my finger on the pulse of the market in a much better way than someone who is only investing.

The amount of time it took my finger to click on the print key using QuickBooks, because it was already done the moment I clicked on the report.  

I have already taken the required class work, had my finger prints done, paid the application fee yaddayaddayadda.... and now study everyday to pass the real estate exam.

This is my FIRST DEAL if  it goes thru (fingers crossed!).

If that's the case, I'll go for it, but I want to make sure I'm adequately covered and don't get the finger if I ever need to make a claim.Yes, having to have flood and rising water in addition to renter's insurance is pretty lame.
