I live in Michigan and the winter months do get some traction due to the ski resorts but defiantly not as much as the summer months.

I have a few airbnbs and rent at a decent rate and 100% full, I offer really cute options and add value etc. 66% vacancy is alot, lower the price and have higher occupancy, go for long term value and increase to get traction.]

I've been reaching out to CPA's and a couple lawyers but not much traction sense I'm officially not at the table for the properties in the trust.

Definitely following and encouraged someone else is where I'm at (even though I've got 27 doors there is ZERO system so wholesale is where I'm starting to build processes, delegate and create some traction).

I have been raising funds for each deal paying my private investors 10%.I got great traction on my lending pool for the first 10 or so investors.

I’m hoping this thread can pick up some traction and maybe out of it create meetups and work together towards common goals!

Thank you for taking the time to reply with a well thought out response.Thank you for the encouragement,  as clearly, it can be tough for newbies like myself to get some traction.  

One additional one to throw out is Craigslist, it still gets a lot of traction for room rentals and can give you more data points. 

And does anyone know how long, assuming I am going to be great at this self-managing thing, it will take to get some traction on Airbnb, VRBO, etc..?
