I've read that these properties can qualify for up to 250% Fair Market Value (see link below) provided the property is handicap accessible and meets the various ADA standards and guidelines.

That one family wont have 13 cars outside, that is much of the issue.Dave, I have never heard of the D/As being a protected class under the ADA, but since they are usually court ordered the occupancy is taken care of through a zoning exception, that wouldn't fly here

I have noticed when you post an online ad that does automatic syndication to site such as Zillow, hotpad etc etc etc...there are errors on the feature list.I guess that came from the differences in various databases, and some features are listed on one and not on another and how they handle the mismatched features when syndicating. For example, I used postlets last week to post an ad for a unit within a four plex building. On Zillow I saw the ad a few hours later, indicating I had a pool, a doorman, a deck, a garden, a porch and an intercom.

Another thing that annoys me is when people ask me where it is or what it's by when I have the block and street in the ad.(2) I've decided that I'm doing month to month leases from now on unless I get someone who is a superstar applicant or they've been there a year and I definitely want to keep them.(3) I try to get as few unneeded calls as possible so I put as many pics and information in the ad as possible to answer all questions.
