Were the late payments far enough in the past that they indicated a temporary problem that is now resolved, or are they recent and indicate a deteriorating financial condition?

I'm still glad we made the move, these are just temporary tenants.

We do have one agent who splits time between Cleveland & Chicago but that is more of a temporary arraignment and he has his personal home and rental homes here in Cleveland just commutes back and fourth.

That would give clarity to the situation at least as it concerns code violations, unapproved/permitted improvements and what will need to be done.I purchased a property in Pennsylvania with code violations and received a temporary U&O that allowed repairs, but not residential occupation. 

Can the service be contracted out from a temporary agency?

I am in Real Estate school so I will be getting access in under a month but need something temporary to hold me through.

In that situation, if the tenant does something that results in a hard pull of his credit and reduces the average age of his credit, such as co-signing on a new auto loan, then his credit can take a temporary tumble.I would vet the tenant through former landlords and make sure that his income is stable and meets your criteria before renting.

Currently, I have a triple net lease so I am paying the CAM/taxes on the entire property since the billboard is listed as a temporary structure.

Another claimed that he had temporary credit issues but I found judgments that just fell off his credit report, demonstrating long-term financial issues rather than a temporary issue.
