I’m aiming for a single family, 3-4 Bedroom, 1.5-2 bath home in a nice neighborhood with a two car garage for my buy box.

This is for all the 'co-own curious' folks out there.I recently started a project aimed at making it easier and more affordable for people to co-own (and manage) homes together. 

**Future plans**: After a few years, we aim to put a down payment on a piece of land and move the mobile home there.Our goals are to build equity in our current house while working towards owning a nice piece of land and maybe eventually building a nice house on it.

To me cashflow is important to cover unexpected expenses but I buy for wealth creation and tax benefit, not to supplement my income.

Although I plan to invest my own money in the long term, for now, I’m aiming to work as an investor-friendly agent.I’d love to connect with other investor-friendly agents or brokerages in Central Virginia.

I admire the approach taken by ZipSmart in the US and aim to create a similar tool for all Canadian provinces but with less emphasis on the map.
