What is the full cost of the subscription?

Those two platforms have no booking fee and charge an annual subscription rate to advertise your STR.

I may have to raise the rent in a couple of units to afford the monthly subscription.

These small fees basically pay my monthly buildium subscription cost. 

We didn't choose the $499 subscription price and wanted to test it out for a year.

What is nice is once you capture the initial payment through a Dubsado invoice, you can simply set up a subscription through Stripe that auto pulls from whatever credit or debit card is on file. 

We are very much looking forward to the new challenges that we will encounter and we are very grateful for the vast amounts of knowledge and experience we are learning through BP forums, blogs, podcasts, as well as my Audible subscription. 

Why is this a subscription service instead of set up as a one time fee?  

I understand that a lot of companies are moving to a monthly pricing/subscription model.
