Yes I know many Asian investors in SF that collate cash with friends and family in China and just plunk it down on a high rise condo in downtown SF, and yes that more passive approach has some risk if the market flattens or tanks.

Not just because of my amazingly stunning monkey looks, but I have a ton of amazing reviews on my site, when we meet I am very "real" and likeable, I have my NASA background with videos of me helping paraplegic people walk again.

I also get a phone call every week from Las Vegas with a Asian accent asking about buying my "property"  no address, just they have interested buyers for my property, tell me about what property you wish to sell us.
