I can't speak for all but every PMc I have seen promoting some really low Tenant Placement fee, also has the rainbow of tie-in revenues, namely maintenance.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

So, generally speaking husband/wife-owned LLC in a non-Community property state, must file a partnership return (ie, the LLC is not considered a single member LLC disregarded entity).
