If you a cool ski chalet outside of Tahoe, a lake cabin in Montana, a beach place in Galveston and maybe a place in Orlando, how often would you actually go to those places?

In a resort style place like you are looking at, often more than one unit is owned by a single owner.

I'm looking at condos that are part of hotels/resorts, for occasional personal use (I travel a lot and need a place to come back to), and to have STR income when I'm away.

Yeah, on the other side of the nickel, the hotel websites don't tell you about their 15% occupancy tax, $20 a day to park, and the $30 a day resort fee.  

I was told that offerings that we see on sites like fundrise may be inexperienced or not the best syndicators that may prey on inexperienced investors who don't have the ability to participate in syndications because of a lack of substantial capital and that capable syndication operators would not resort to posting on sites like that because they have a group of investors that trust them and they don't have to share a fee to the site.

All organic, all off-market, all free, all people that fight each other to get to me, without me lifting a finger every single day.Again, how many of you want success, don't have it (yet), and resort to free info to get it?

I'm looking at a live work resort in Manual Antonio. 

I would have to think that the USVI are a great place to visit for vacation, but you are going to be competing with the inclusive resorts.

He brings that same attention to detail for this resort. 

You would want to be looking in the Adirondacks, ideally on a lake, and near a ski resort, to capitalize on every season as much as possible.This brings me to my last point.
