I've bought a couple sub-to's in the past and about to close on one next week. 

Wanting to evict them are a tenant is late for a week or waiting months of non-payment to start the eviction process.

Just used them last week to close a deal that someone else could not.

If the SEC came sniffing around and your main job was raising money and all you do is attend a weekly meeting, good luck to you! 

Meeting with a lawyer later this week to see if I have any case here but wanted to provide a brief update in the interim.

We pay by check or ACH weekly on Fridays. 

Scam - I get these every week 

If you have hired a specialist to perform a cost segregation study of your real estate property, they will likely use one of the six most common methodologies recognized by the IRS.

I would charge them $5,000 with the ability for them to earn back $2,500 and I'd have a call with them every other week to guide them on how to find deals and money lenders and how to get the properties fixed up and get them refinanced, etc.

Apparently there was supposed to be an emergency meeting last week with all GPs and LPs but somehow I did not get the email.
