Not many people want to live with 5 random strangers while simultaneously sitting on milk cartons as chairs. 

It also sits on 2 acres with separate buildings for animals and a nice storage shed.

Logically, I would care more about getting the best price but not overpricing to where the home sits on the market. 

All you really have to do is find the buyers yourself...you want to sit around and wait for a check from jerry Wow?
