In all honesty, the hardest part of this business is finding your niche.

There are many folks who will tell white lies in this direction which I cannot promote so think being honest is the most sincere way to generate a response without imposing on them.

But I do agree that honesty and transparency is best.

After taking some time to find my values, I got back on my horse and set a course for honesty, integrity, and relationship.

, unfortunately that is not the case, I see many of you on this site looking for deals in big cities and other properties that just aren't going to preform as well when the next crash happens (Biiiiiig Speculation), but in all honesty if your not investing in areas where the majority of the population collects a paycheck every month for the next 4-6 years without fear of a stock price or layoffs then your request on the forums seems a little pointless.

To be honest I have a little bit of a negative view of section 8 just from what I have read and heard from others.

I ran into the same issue locally (SoCal) where you get these inexperienced investors (I call them idiots, but that's semantics lol) that watch HGTV and think they can flip homes.
