You are part of the problem and not part of the solution and are acting selfishly.

Joining this was the worst mistake that I ever made, I only asked advice and instead got toms of hateful messages passing judgement on something that people does not know about, so sad that this country has become so very selfish and hateful, what ever happened to Christian charity and mercy, just hate.

Are you people really that damn selfish?

I have three listings and several more in process, so selfishly, I wanted to start a thread where we comment on off the shelf software tools and best practices for managing listings when you have several or many.  

Housing in this country isn't a boat or a car, next to food, shelter is a social responsibility, something that many greedy, selfish and self centered types overlook.

I think it is important to have a "why" that is self-less and not selfish.

I don't mean to be selfish with this, perhaps I just don't see how the brokers role adds any value to an investment I'm making for myself...

I guess in life, job, whatever, you always have the choice to either help people or be selfish.

This cost the taxpayers money, this cost the people of Alaska continuity in representation, and the only reasonable explanations for the decision are purely selfish on her part.It's one thing if she left her post to take a more important position in the government.

That would be selfish and underhanded.
