We live in Lakeland, TN 20 miles from the Blue Oval site and I recently had a new BO employee rent one of my homes with a potential to sell in the Spring/Summer of next year.

Would be nice if about us pages on these sites, were a little more detailed with photos of who is behind the company.

Any other major syndication site has restricted sold data so it will be incomplete.

There are sites out there like passive pockets as well as this site where you can find out a lot from people who have invested with that fund.

Spreadsheets/Templates:If you don’t want to start from scratch, sites like BiggerPockets and others have pre-built templates you can use to run your numbers and track your expenses.

Seems like 130 units is a beast to manage, I'd love to hear about your on-site management systems and "experience management" process to stand out amongst the fierce competition in the smokies. 

Naturally, I could go on their site but trust Bigger Pockets members more.

But I also love the idea of investing in real-estate and utilizing its tax benefits I have read around 10 ish books or so and the one I am reading right now recommended this site I am looking for some advice of things I can do to either prep for an investment into real estate and or do right now.
