I am about to finish my internship as a clinical scientist and hopefully pass the ASCP board exam !

Here are my takeaways directly from their presentation:-US best cities for millennials-Most diverse city in the US-Best seaport in North America-#2 top metro for job growth-#1 best hospital for cancer-22 fortune 500 companies, 2nd to NY-3.1% unemployment-6 out of every 10 jobs in Texas will be added in Houston through the year 2040-Growing 4x’s faster than the US population-2nd fastest growing economy in America-The Texas Medical Center is the largest medical center in the world-21 hospitals-8 academic and research institution-21,000 physicians, scientists, and researchers-110,000 employees-170,000 operations annually-Upcoming $1.5B expansion that broke ground in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 20222-New campus is expected to have a $5.2B impact on Houston and create projected 30K new jobs-University of Houston-$1B planned expansion over the next 3 years-Located extremely close to the medical center and downtown-New $100M college of medicine scheduled to break ground in Spring 2020Basically, Houston is not all about oil and gas!!!

You didn't have to be a rocket scientist or expert stcokbroker to make $$$ inthe market during the past 7 years.

If there’s a chance it is not a cat, an environmental scientist or mold inspector who does NOT also do remediations (=conflict of interest) would be your best bet to help you discover the source. 

My wife works for an international organization with a group of data scientists and they have started testing it for this use case. 

I used to be a research scientist until I couldn’t continue do to disability.

Simple answer is work hard .. the real estate seminars and these so called guru's always claim that it is so easy to do .. and that part is not really a lie .. you dont need to be a scientist to start learning how to wholesale and then flip and invest in buy and holds .. but it does take work and lots, and lots of no's but stay consitant and determined and you shall succeed .. how do you start though .. well right here on this website is a great place to start.. become a sponge.. read every post that pertains to what it is your interested in learning about real estate whether it be wholesaling,flipping, buying notes , tax liens ..ect... focus on one thing at a time .. listen and ir watch the podcasts ..they are all in archive as well but i think you need a paid membership to access them .. if you decide to pay for a membership do yourself a favor and watch at least one podcast beforehand ..they put 20% discount coupons at the end of most of them .. it will save you around $60 on a pro membership .. i was on here for a week before i signed up for a paid memb..

I agree with you that fire suppression and an increase in fuel is a contributing factor, however I think most climate scientists are saying that the last 20 years of mega drought and climate change are the leading cause.
