You buy the ticket, cover my expenses and I will go out to ANY market in the US and i guarantee in 7 days or less I will have found deals, GUARENTEED.   

I don't know if you're trying to do this all with the same lender, but if you're taking up a majority of the office buildings, SBA could be an option which would allow you potentially less down and you can get away with some seller carry (not all lenders allow and/or structure this but some do)...and/or you could potentially wrap in more collateral (like that other property) which some will do (Again not all SBA lenders are the same; some get way more creative than others).

So i definitely believe they are testing what they can get away with.

You might be able to get away with less on liability.

They were offering us a really cheap ticket this year which was nice. 

To find free-standing homes under $300K, consider suburbs like Round Rock, Pflugerville, or Cedar Park in Austin and Cypress, Katy, Pearland, or The Woodlands in Houston.

We bought an extra ticket and room for a guest and now they are not able to make it.

You will learn a lot in that process and be better prepared for round 2.
