I have not seen any other programs that are this much and they at least know how to make a better website.

As for Alfonso, the website is one of the most UNdescriptive scammy sites I've ever seen. 

I have my own website that I built through Wix.

We respect and trust him, and that is priceless to us.

With respect to the LLC, you can continue to reuse the LLC since you’re not keeping properties in the LLC.

BiggerPockets website is good for the American market (mostly) but you will also find lots of Canadians on here and some good info on the Canadian market just by searching.There are worthwhile local West Coast resources for learning real estate investing in general and the Canadian and Vancouver markets in particular.

I have looked on the Arizona real estate website and all I could find was the addendum, I would really appreciate if someone here already has that contract and is willing to share it with me that would be great.

Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.
