She also took in rescue horses occassionally.So she was spending $600-$900 a month on pet horses while the taxpayers paid 100% of her $600 rent.

That’s the word from city officials who say there isn’t enough room for the tens of thousands of firefighters, police and other rescue workers.

Ryan Dossey  K marie is on target as usual.. you will need this to handled correctly to avoid any title issues down the roadWe just took possession of a home here in PDX that we bought 9 years ago and let the lady stay until she passed  rent free... rescued it the day before she was going to lose it to foreclosure so got a good deal at the time.. not a smoking deal but a good deal.. however our urban core were this is located has gone nuts and the city up zoned us so I can build 3 homes on it... price points about 500k each... its in planning now and we break ground in Jan.  

LOL.Randy - this has happened with more than one tenant :) Especially when your lease has a charge for "lock out rescue".

I didn't have the best mentors then, but I do have some now and obviously BP to the rescue!
