As mentioned above, there are currently at least 10 parties who over time have fallen victim to this man with no return of funds (when asked repetitively) nor investment in an actual real estate deal.

I have a hard time picturing a scenario where this a) works well and b) saves you time.VAs are all the rage, but they are for repetitive tasks.

One thing I notice the most is the repetitiveness of crunching the numbers to figure out what a good deal is.

I actually use Google Keep quite a bit for managing daily tasks and thoughts.For task and gantt scheduling, I'm pretty sure Asana, Trello, Freedcamp, Wrike, Airtable, TeamGantt and most other project management softwares provide free basic plans.Flipping and rehabbing houses is a very repetitive business. 

I've done some research and have seen a variety of opinions but would love to hear from you (sorry this is is repetitive). 

The old saying is if you fail to plan, you plan to fail, so it is certainly important - and it is an ongoing and repetitive process. 

Manufacturers generally want a large number of units to produce because repetition and quantity lend themselves well to the manufacturing environment.

I know people say it all the time and it gets repetitive, but it really does help to intern because it will get your name out in the business and it will teach you the ropes.
