Simply put and this is just my personal experience, switching from KW to EXP gave me 20k raise right away a few years later much much more reoccurring income via Rev Share than what profit share was giving and the best part something only allowed for a few KW elites in my office, I was given ownership which ever agent at EXP has the opportunity for.
