The only negative is the listing gets stale, but I don’t think people will stigmatize stale listings as much given these circumstances, and you can always “refresh” the listing by removing it temporarily and re-listing it.

those words are: remodeled, refreshed, new, refurbished, upgraded, and similar words...As soon as I see them I feel like there is little value I can add to it and since I am not looking for a turn key rental, I have to skip those homes.
