Well take $30K-$50K do something really reckless and absurd, get it out your system.With the other $950K...I would load up on distressed properties in the Detroit Suburbs, stuff in decent neighborhoods that go for 125K at market rate but foreclosed are at about 85-100K.

They dont know the market, they are too reckless and they think its easy. values here have risen to the point to where its not as affordable as it was 10 years ago because of the flooding of out of state money.
