There are going to be things that come up along the way while owning real estate that sometimes you don't predict.

Elmwood Township does not have any STR licenses available and do not predict any coming available for a few years.

We're def in a down market...we always are during the holidays but we can never truly predict it.

But this space is changing rapidly and in jurisdictions like San Jose where housing is scare, expensive and government entities are motivated to do something about it, I predict we'll see appreciation and other key metrics play out in favor of properties with ADUs in the near future.
