I have been interested today through all of this conversation (last day of school for my kids so I had less on my plate than usual waiting for them and all of their pre summer energy to arrive).Regarding the Anti Guru sentiment....I agree WHOLEHEARTEDLY...the sad fact of the matter is that many are NOT worth their price tag.

They will normally have some pre-payment penalties in the first couple of years but if you are keeping long terms that's not an issue. 

most DSCR loans have some pretty stiff pre pay penalties ..
