I can't pin point where it's coming from but it smells like must/ mold/ mildew.

Hard one to pinpoint, but stress doesn't help!

There have been multiple times that I want to re-listen to part of a podcast I heard over a year ago, or show part of one to a friend, but due to there being over 300 podcasts it's nearly impossible to pinpoint the specific one from simply remembering a phrase that was mentioned.

Creating a personal criteria  and pinpoint exactly the things that are  important  to you, should help. 

If I had to pin point it, I’d say flipping a home has my most attention at the moment.

My guess is it's construction activity (explosives) since I can't pinpoint anything else. 

It's a tough calculation to really pinpoint, but it's an important one to figure out. 

I still haven't pin pointed any specific neighborhoods, yet, but I plan on driving around (driving for dollars) this weekend!
