Hi Community, has anyone had experience with at home daycares?

I have been on BP a long time and maybe about eight years ago , a person had a small chance of finding a posted house for sale here that can be flipped.

Having experience in so many parts of our process makes it easier to answer questions and uncover the motivations and expectations of investors.

I’m researching how big of a problem this is in tenant screening and would love to hear real-world experiences.

Does anyone have experience with banks that offer these without fees?

@Dona CardenasI personally think actually owning physical real estate is the best way to go especially using leverage.  

Nobody ever went broke over a duplex, I know this now,  but I have to admit I had some serious doubts about this when I started 16 years ago, I bought every course I could find, already on CD's, this was post cassette tapes lol, and I paid RichDad Education for a one year coaching program (turned out my coach was a girl in a call center without any actual experience). 

I have no experience with command strips.

In my experience (personal & w/clients) the wife usually doesn't want to pick up and move too often to stick with a strategy like yours.
