Are you better performance wise?

It forces me to get real familiar with my business and how my properties are performing.

However the property is not performing and it’s affecting our personal lives now.

A better solution, in my opinion, is not to rely on wholesalers,  as not only is it a dying breed due to the sheer incompetence they exhibit due to gurus' wrong instructions and teachings, but, wouldn't it be better to generate your own leads through a high performing website?

Unfortunately Good Cause Eviction passed last night in the city of Rochester, NY.I want to thank Council Members Lashay Harris and Michael Patterson for doing the right thing and voting “NO” on this largely performative legislation…that will only TEMPORARILY protect a small handful of city residents living in EXTREME under market rental units…But it will have broad and adverse negative consequences for the WHOLE community.

This increased demand is in areas that all ready have limited supply.Since the rates started to rise, my appreciation forecast has been conservative (as I have indicated in numerous posts) for my San Diego market (I have been underwriting at zero appreciation near term) and fortunately for me the market out performed my forecast.  

can any fund 1 investors with sunrise share the distribution and fund performance information to date?

It's very easy for us to lose sight of these truths and blame performance on over-saturation and legislation.

Or has it performed as advertised?

Look at median household incomes, look at market economy base and diversification, look at what's being done to protect and grow economic performance, just run the #'s and the message should be crystal clear.
