He also does solar deals that are out of this world in Hawaii but you need to be a Hawaii resident to get the full benefit.. what size are those developments?  

If a property is for sale but currently has tenants in it, but the buyer is buying for their primary residence, do eviction laws still apply? 

Pretty sure it works in reverse also - set up a Michigan LLC for the property above and you'll have to register it in your state of residency.
