My guess is they will change the definitions to attach TILA/RESPA/Reg Z to every seller financed transaction involving primary residences. 

The truly gracious seasoned members just ignore the newbies (uninformed post or whatever adjective you want to attach) giving them space and time to grow.

I have never heard of Section 8 providing rehab funds.If they do, be careful of the strings attached. 

Theoretically, we can then attach the funds to a new property or a temporary escrow account through an already agreed upon "substitution of collateral."
