I and other investors have bought 10+ unit building or packages that are in disrepair, run by landlords with no funds or inclination to rehab them and as a result were rented at very low rates to tenants who wouldn’t complain about all the problems.

Do you do tiered packages?

One of my favorite aspects is the $49 a month "Piece of Mind" package.

I have been through many of the neighborhoods and surrounding neighborhoods from delivering package out of Amazon PHL-1. 

One thought is to reach out to the HOA and negotiate a community wide package contract with a single vendor for Home owners insurance.

Is the Property & Liability (Package or BOP) coverage being cancelled or just the Flood2. what were the dates, type of damage, and amounts paid on the claims3. what has been done to mitigate the chance of this happening again4.

When there is a problem.. they suck and they suck bad.My problem is that I spent an extensive amount of time researching other PMS packages while I was having major problems and I have additional automations built off of the system.  

And what package would I need to buy to have no fee for tenant and landlord.

4 stainless appliances, Frigadaire, range, frig, dishwasher, microwave, about $2,000 for total package delivered.Granite about $29 sq ftnew cabinets total $1,000 to $1,500 wood medium grade, assembled and delivered

So we are looking at potential to build a second house as part of the whole package down the road.
