Where you would live being stationed at Tyndall is either Callaway, Parker, Springfield, or Panama City.

Currently I serve in the US Air Force stationed at Hurlburt Field in NW Florida.

My dad and I want to purchase a gas station and I don't really work as a real estate agent.

I am not sure if this is the right number to use this because one of the major advantages in the subject property is it is 7 minutes from a major train station that takes people into New York or Philly and this is extremely valuable.

The areas up north I mentioned are also on the expensive side, but with the new rail station opening in Shoreline that I heard about on NPR I believe positions it well to grow quickly.  

You'll have good options along the corridor of the yet-to open Aurora light rail line stations.

For about $125 you can buy a 4 station timer that hooks to your house water hose bib, sprinklers, and hoses - less if you don't need 4 stations.
