Either self-manage like many on here do, or hire an inexpensive offshore PM who works US hours & speaks eloquent English (that’s what I do).

I also work offshore on a tug and barge so I’m not home as much as I would like to be to connect with investors but this job does provide excellent money coming through the front door for future investments.

My concern is making it so complicated through land trusts, LLC's, offshore holding companies, and C corps that our accountants can't follow it and our bankers won't loan to us because they don't understand our corporate structure.  

just think of off shore scammers that do the IRS stuff  and any number of other scams these guys can hook up.. like the guys from India or Bangladesh that claim to be IRS officers with a super thick accent but a name of Jim Smith  LOL.. 

. 😒 Essentially it is ok to trade this way with offshore accounts but, my understanding is it limits the usable brokerages as you may only use non-SEC regulated entities.

I use offshore assistants to manage everything, for pennies on the dollar.

Offshore is fine, as long as there are some recommendations. 

I have also an offshore entity for some international investments but Anderson is not involved in any offshore structure.
