It’s like a scene out of a zombie movie as these people stagger down the middle of the street to the liquor store on the corner past my house.

It is a corporate housing arbitrage mentoring program.I'm about to sign up but wanted to do my due diligence I want to check with people here if this is legit and if the program is worth the money they as asking for.

I am just curious how people scale when they don’t have a lot of liquid cash like me?  

I bought a single family because I thought I could house hack in the same way as a duplex and in ways it certainly could have and did work but I didn't expect the relational aspects of having people living in a property I purchased.

Been in law enforcement for some time and while they do evolve over time, they will keep the same red flags in for long enough for people to figure them out and spot them. 

Fines for unsolicited calls and texts run from $500 to $1,500 PER CALL and there are a lot of attorneys out there looking for people like you to sue.  

Are there any local meet ups or websites on where to find more people who have a moderate level of experience meaning they are  somewhat experienced but still looking to collaborate and network with more inexperienced investors like myself.

Throughout the year I come across situations where people need to sell there home due to a variety or reasons, job loss, income loss, health, divorce, etc.

Realistically, to make the business work, they are hoping all the people who are using the "free services" to eventually go into banking where they can collect fees for anything bank related.

If you think something is wrong with the way it s done, teach people how to do it right.
