Retail strip and lifestyle centers are doing well. 

Originally, the 10% fund was slated to close in early November but according to Jorge on a recent investor update webinar, his attorney informed him AHP was able to submit a particular form to extend the fund for up to a year (normally it can only stay open for 2 years from launch).  

chBoard=tru...I was told I would get a faster response because they can take away his license and Builders normally respond to that more quickly than an attorney. 

Normally, my preference would be a Duplex for ease of learning, but after looking at the price point in a place like Cleveland, I theoretically could purchase two Single Family's there.

In some of the big cities (speaking in Canada), you have people who want to live in Toronto or Vancouver, but they can't afford the rent with their lifestyle...and they don't want to move.   

Engaging in finding renters for clients on rental properties normally isn't worth a realtor's time.  

In a lot of the Sherrif sale states you simply need a deposit to bid and then you will have a normal or basically normal settlement once the judge approves the sale..

I normally get a monthly statement and a copy of all bills.

I think for MN specifically, a standard deductible of $5k to $10k is normal, and the wind/hail at 2% or $10k (whichever is greater) is typical for your area/state as well.
