There are a lot of high character folks who get sucked into garbage Co-GP style guru programs.

We follow David Lindahl’s Multifamily Millions book written in 2008.  

Plus she violated the lease agreement by rekeying without written permission from owner and refusing to give the new key to property manager and myself.

I don't like AI descriptions (sorry @Andrew Steffens).They look and sound completely like it was written by a bot, which it was.I like to write my own copy for listings and I respond directly to all guests, inquiries and issues.

I had a nice conversation with them and approved their booking for Aug 2025.So, it pays to keep an eye out for a repeat booking that looks fake as they could just not be seeing you responses. 

The 2nd person really liked the house and even mentioned how nice the rehab was, relative to comparables they have seen.

But 5 years is plenty of time for these Detroit investments to be working nicely.

So, overall, I think these four areas are very distinct in the style of life they offer.
