Haven’t discussed pricing yet but probably won’t get as great of a deal on this one but it is a beautiful log cabin with big windows and fireplace overlooking the water.

That's the nature of disruptive technology I suppose.And I don't think the actual amount of the transaction is really relevant so I wouldn't say you are outclassed.

Most likely the state where the property is located is where lawsuits would be brought if they are something for personal injury like a trip and fall or something of that nature because the “cause of action” arose in that state.

It now cash flows beautifully, which I continue to utilize for other my other properties. 

There's potentially a domino effect in the event of an unforeseen major expense exceeding my reserves (mainly thinking in terms of natural disasters) affecting my whole portfolio.  

This type of company will be married with you through the longevity of the investment so naturally their interests will have to be mutually aligned. 

The beauty of this approach, is that she manages the exact way I want my properties to be managed.  

Naturally your relinquished property must be sold before you can take title to the new property, but its a great way to make the process as smooth as possible.Even though the time frames can feel daunting I find that 95% of exchanges from my clients are successful.
