They offer some good options for sellers that want to move property quickly. 

If so, you need to be moving 100 miles away, or else you'll be stuck with having to qualify while absorbing both mortgage payments entirely.

Current tenants are coming up 3 years in the house with no plans to move.

This works if you plan to live in the property and move out then rent it out after 1 year (Rinse & Repeat).

@Brian Louderback You are more likely to be struck by lightning than you are to have the bank request payment in full upon moving the property into you LLC.  

I guess there has also been talk of moving some government entities out of Washington, like the FBI.How does all that factor into your analysis?
