East English Village- Along Detroit's East side bordered by one of the more affluent townships which is Grosse pointe     University Detroit- Near the University of Detroit     Jefferson Chalmers- Along the Riverfront      New Center- Which is another midtown neighborhood which shares space with the Henry Ford Medical CampusMy group happens to be closing out projects in 4 of the 5 of these neighborhoods2.

I get the travel insurance though when we cruise and those are usually 20k plus trips I always get trip insurance and medical.. but like for this Montana 3 night next week its 600.00 bucks so if I dont go big deal.. 

It bears mention that exorbitant medical expenses happen all too often in this country.

My doctor tells me that I have high cholesterol, clogged arteries, that I am overweight, and I need a bunch of expensive tests.

I'm looking into purchasing either a SFR or 2-3 unit MFR in Tucson, AZ, near the University of Arizona and its major medical center.

Both my tenants (first and second/current) have been there multiple years each, young couples where one is a doctor receiving a housing stipend and the other spouse earns a healthy income as well. 

I'm following this post because like David, I have great interest in starting a 5-6 room non-medical independent living facility.

I do not care the profession, from doctors to lawyers, if the professional produces quality results,  they get to charge more as they should. 

My target is medical/business professionals.  

Definitely looking for more turn key because the nature of the money is due to medical reasons.
