It is no different than maintaining the electrical outlet for the W/D or the plumbing for the washer.  

What many fail to recognize is the media and their source of information continues to feed this fallacy (mostly because they charge you to be a part of the community) and it will not end well for many.

Those will also repost other media sources that link to other updates and happenings in the community. 

Not just in the setup, initially, but separate bank accounts and properly signing all documents as a member of the LLC, even if you post on your personal social media accounts about a property owned by the LLC, if someone sues you, they will try to use all of that to get to you personally.  

As we flipped this ourselves from the roof to the flooring, we gained much respect to labor workers and realized even the tidiest things such as changing the outlet covers and installing new plumbing will take up a lot of time!

Use social media to show your work, stay on top of market trends, and let your enthusiasm shine.

Anytime the media spits out news coverage on rates, it has already been baked into the market from Wall St.

Unfortunately there are a ton of asset protection services relying on scare tactic messaging through  social media and the internet which ultimately infiltrates real estate forums such as this leading to confusion and anxiety amongst new investors  and finally the upsell of services that are unnecessary.

Many buyers hang out there.3) Consider cold calling or emailing agents who work with cash buyers or reach out to title companies→ they often have contacts.4) Promote your deals on social media platforms to get more eyes on them.Keep up the momentum and shoot me a message if you need any help refining your strategy!

@Tosin Oluwatoye a good way to test out your location is to put the concrete pads down, add a 30/50 amp outlet and water line, and then rent out the pads to people who already own their own tiny houses.
