There's actually an outfit around here that does a lot of wholesale deals out of MLS, but they've got their numbers straight. 

I have read bad reviews about that outfit.

Is whatever you think you can save in negotiation worth the risk of losing the only outfit that's even bothered to put a workscope together?

you will probably find these in the less than desirable neighborhoods. there are couple of these places near me.literally you could outfit 30 units in a few weeks i wish i had more houses I would buy more lights and faucets.from the street it looks like a bunch of bums selling junk so keep your eyes peeled and dont be afraid to investigate bums selling junk especially if you spot a box truck that means a pallet or two of stuff that could be your guy

Your broker should be able to answer the above questions or you need to look around for a new outfit.
