I agree with you .What I am saying is a  GREAT real estate agent needs no education to be good. they need innate sales skills.I have owned 3 real estate companies and had 200 agents come through the door over the years.. many very educated but simply could not sell a lick  .. they did not possess those certain skills that are needed...

As a builder I can tell you we are seeing demand in Southern Indiana cities between Indianapolis and Evansville (Martinsville, Bloomington, Spencer, Columbus, French Lick, Bedford).
