If there is evidence of intentional destruction of the property, you can call local police authorities, but in my experience, they do not get involved in any situation that "smell" of civil action; they will simply tell you that it is a civil matter.

Only violate this rule after you’ve had SIGNIFICANT personal experience with the particular syndicator. 4- if you can’t afford to lose capital invest in Vanguard Money Market Fund instead of real estate As for “calling out” syndicators who don’t want to engage with the investors whose money they accepted, and want to threaten legal action against those same investors, it would be GREAT to expose them and hopefully make it impossible for them to continue syndicating.

I think it's always deals first- no one will take you seriously as an investor or syndicator if all you do is tell them about your ideas, people want to see action

Once a default has occurred - be it missed monthly payment, note maturity, etc, the note holder or their representative send a letter to the debtor notifying them of the default and providing the statutory timeline for corrective action.

I've found myself more focused, and have come to the realization that while, the vast world of REI and improvement podcasts is a great way to find out what is possible, it does not work well for me to help drill down and take action, especially when this is an industry that literally everything could work.I'm excited to take this new "era" to BP con and use that as another launching point going into the Q4 and Q1, and ensuring I'm saying NO more than I'm saying yes.
