Don't get analysis by paralysis, but a lot of people have a kind of investment philosophy like "I want to be the biggest fish in the small pond" or, alternately, "I want to show I'm the meanest, fiercest, strongest jaguar in the jungle, so let me at the competition." 

a quick examination of Rent Jungle would enlighten why the cash flow is so great in these cities.  

Perhaps in that inversion the massively priced concrete jungle won't fare as well as . . . say the Dubais or the world and the greener pastures of the US.

Very grateful to live in a capitalist society as opposed to the alternative (unlike most posters, I have actually lived in a country which is a testament to the rule of the jungle and much prefer the alternative).

I am tired of the corporate jungle and have decided to pursue  this path for myself, family and community.
